Privacy Policy

Offseason is a development tracker for tennis players. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. Plain English, no surprises.

What we collect

When you create an account:

Optional information you may provide:

Matches you log: opponent, score, surface, date, and optional context.

Automatically collected: standard web logs (IP address, user agent, paths), performance metrics (Web Vitals), and error reports when something breaks.

How we use it

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Where it lives

All three are reputable providers with their own privacy practices.

Your rights

If you are an EU or UK resident, you have additional rights under GDPR (access, correction, deletion, portability). Email us to exercise them.

Cookies and tracking

We use only the cookies we need: session cookies for authentication and first-party analytics cookies (page views, Web Vitals) to understand how the app is performing. No third-party advertising cookies.

Children

Offseason is not intended for users under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top, and notify you if the change is significant.

By creating an account or using Offseason, you agree to these terms.

What Offseason is

Offseason tracks the tennis matches you log and shows how your game changes over time. Your rating is computed from those matches, and your results appear to your opponents, your club, and any groups you join. Offseason is not affiliated with USTA, UTR, or any official rating body.

Service availability

Offseason is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that your rating reflects any external rating system.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offseason and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using Offseason and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after we update means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
